>photons have mass
yes or no?
>>
>>8154727
The whole situation with Hodor is a time travel paradox. It can't happen.
>>
>>8154727
Rest mass, no.
Relativistic mass, yes.
This is almost definition.

>photons have mass

no.

>>8154739
It follows the self-consistency principle, so it's not a paradox.

>relativistic mass

Fucking hell, mate. How's that year-1 physics treating you?

Relativistic mass is as real as field lines.
>>
>>8154727
no

>>8154739
It's not a paradox, the show merely follows alternate timeline. Hodor was a retard in the first timeline.

>Hodor was a retard in the first timeline.
No, they clearly meant to show that Bran warged into hodor's past in order to control his present self without coming out of the trance he was in (so that he could keep learning the history of Westeros).
They also possibly implied that during the same attack, his shouting to "burn them all" (them being the white walkers) caused the mad king to lose his mind and resort to burning his subjects.

This stuff is spoon-fed to you in the show. There's no alternate timeline. The fucking trees are atemporal beings.

Their mass exists in a quantum superposition of states until measured, at which point the wave function collapses to a specific value.
>>
>>8154727
No
>>8154746
>Relativistic mass
Pls stop.

That might be neutrinos, if anything.
