Quick Question:
I need to generate a sine waveform between 1 Hz and 3 kHz for a shaker. Which function generator do you think would be the best for the job?

a clean, low noise in the sine wave? I'm pretty new to this. Its also not for jerking me off, its for dynamic testing at my university. If this particular sine generator has a 4.5 Vpp output (Vrms= 1.6), then do you think its safe to use with an amp that has an absolute max input of 1.9 Vrms, or should I get a step-down transformer just to be safe?
