Hi! I need help
I m 21 and today I visited my gynecologist. She found "something" on my right ovary and it is 76X6mm big. She hadn´t seen any blood inside of it. Also, it is hard on touch so it can´t be cyst. She also sent me to CT and to C125 test. First one is for 8 days and second for two. Now I can´t sleep, eat or anything because I don´t know what is going on. Is there anyone smarter?

How old are you?

Do you get abdominal pain frequently? Do you get sudden severe stabbing lower abdominal pain with sex ever?

7cm isnt terribly large and unless you have family members with ovarian cancer or HNPCC I wouldnt worry too much. Probably a benign growth.

It's cancer. I give it a year.

1 year when it's already over 7cm?
6months if we're lucky.

Thank you for reply. I am 21 year old. Yes, it is weird when I sleep on right side, and yes, sometimes I feel like someone stab me with a knife. No, only cyst

Not him, but...
Yeah, it sounds like humor in poor taste.
Honestly, I wouldn't come here for medical advice.
Good luck, I hope it works out well for you.

Unfortunately CT scans are lousy for most pelvic pathology. A definitive diagnosis will most likely require an endoscopic procedure.

Hard to touch doesnt rule out a cyst. And if youve had cysts its most likely another one. stabbing abdominal pain after sex is a cyst rupturing. Given youre 21 and have no family history of ovarian malignancies chances are youre going to be fine.

Hope it works out for you, I had indications of PCOS and sonogram + endocrine tests were able to confirm. I don't know much about enlarged cysts but http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/179031.php says that your growth is considered within expected range
