NAD is "the respirator of the cells". It promotes communication and provides all cellular energy.
It's produced by tryptophan, the amino acid, which becomes niacin (B3), which becomes NAD.
It's really simple, and tryptophan is cheap as fug. It can also make DMT.

Honestly, though, didn't read? It clearly lists that the results are "extremely promising: muscular regeneration is much better in mice that received NR, and they lived longer than the mice that didn't get it. It's ludicrous if they're just giving NR if there are other limiting factors though.
for immortality all they need to do is invent a cure for cancer that works 100% of the time then pump a crazy amount of stem cells into peoples blood.
In a few decades we might have implants or nano machines that manufacture stem cells with some designer bacteria producing the cure for cancer living in our bodies.
