The rich people are clearly hogging all the brains for themselves.
They need to evenly distribute those brains among some highly diverse detroitians.
They're assessing intelligence based on correlations from standardized testing, and therefore elite university admissions, and therefore high IQ due to that correlation as well. These researchers are fucking idiots.
