how much weight can a concrete ceiling hold?
thickness: 2 inch
Can i hang about 25Kg from it?
can i walk on it or id better move onto loadbearing beams?

'concrete'
So many factors just in concrete, let alone the whole picture
> Cement used
> Sand used
> Aggregate used
> Mixture of Aggregate and Sand
> Any additives into the concrete
> Reinforcing - Fibre, rebar, mesh, strips etc..
not that I can answer the question at all, but its very complicated.
But if its reinforced with Rebar, then it should hold a fair bit.
Do FEM analysis

fair.... but i dont have these data.
For what ive seen it seems just concrete (i mean without reinforcement) i know it's impossible to answer this question exhaustively but even a estimate would be helpufl.
Thanks in advance

I don't know why anyone would use a 2 inch slab of concrete for anything, unless its mostly steel or supported every 6 inches

Not much as concrete is horrible for tension loads which your ceiling will have. You'll want rebar in it.
Regardless, if it is an existing installation, it is probably built to a code. If you are doing it, build to a code and use their load limits in tables.

Do not listen to Clinton.
Hes never worked on houses clearly. Load limits are mere guidelines, suggestions. Feel free to overload them by 100% thats the true limit.

Nice try Kirk Finley

Shh. Tou aren't supposed to tell people that forbidden knowledge. They'll just overload it even more and kill themselves.
