In all honesty, Berkeley is the best school for Chem and Physics. I don't know if you can major in both Phys and Chem, though; they're in different colleges

Columbia has had a lot of classical Chemists and Physicists in its previous classes.
Also, Neil DeGrasse Tyson keeps coming to astronomy club meetings for the free pizza, and Brian Greene is a professor here.

Honestly, for your undergrad years it doesn't matter where you go as long as the school is modestly above average. School only matters for doctoral (and even then its more who you do research under), if that's your intention.
