I don't even know if i should post this to /tg/ but what the hell.
i've always been interested in cyberpunk literature, but the setting usually only focus on the cybernetic approach of human augmentation.
however, i'm curious about what would our civilization do with biological augmentation.
so let's say we gained an extensive knowledge on biology in general and the stigma of human augmentation was gone, what would we use said knowledge on, except curing disease and making us barely age ? i'm actually very curious about what you guys can come up with, except gene therapy to get bigger dicks :^)

you seem to have made quite the mistake.

Make anime real. Is this even a question?
I'd say you can ask this question on both boards though
My vision is augmented.

Pretty much anything you want. Granted, the most extreme modifications would be for the next generation since that's where genetic engineering would work best. Sufficient understanding of genetics would allow the design of vastly superior organisms to humans. You can think of and actualise any scenario you want desu, if you assume sci-fi tier understanding of biology.
