Do I absolutely have to learn classical physics before quantum physics? I really don't give a fuck about how much work is done pushing a brick up an inclined plane or how much kinetic energy a ball rolling down a hill has.

is what you want from classical before qm.
You seem to not know the difference between Newtonian and Lagrangian mechanics.
You can do without Newton, but you need Lagrange. Hamilton too. Without them, you'll struggle with the mathematics and never understand the physics.
You need exposure to the concepts in a context where you can visualize what's going on. Once you start with QM you won't be able to do that anymore, so having a good feel for a lot of concepts becomes important.
If you're intelligent enough to study and understand Quantum than mechanics should come naturally to you, essentially nothing more than a footnote in your education.
