Sci here is a report on your posting behavior. Here is today's line up.
>Math
>Is this sci-fi thing possible?
>Mundande post about depression.
>Seeking "scientific" justification for DMT use
>Career advice
>HighSchool Trig question
>College shaming
>Question about /sci/'s musical taste.
>Is x a meme?
>Is hyped up science thing a possibility in the future?
>What do you thing about hyped up science thing? Is this the future of hyped up science?
>Math
>Field Shaming
>Is Global Warming?
>Is Global Warming 2?
>9th planet

I would recommend restructuring of the board by limiting discussion to certain fields in Mathematics,or Chemistry(Pending better ideas). Also the censor posts about Universities or Career shaming because, while valid points are made in those posts, the nature of the posts are unproductive.

Fields like physics are prone to lay-people trying to express their views on complicated subject matter like quantum physics(sounds cool and sophisticated doesn't it?). The same goes for Computer Science and machine learning/AI.

I need your thoughts on this as long as you're not a dick about it.

don't even bother friendo /sci/ is not salvageable

this

>>7962025
same shit, different day
>>
Don't try to fix /sci/, just learn how to find good threads and ignore the rest.
>>
>>7962104
That's how it's done, definitely. The best thread I've ever taken the time to read on /sci/ was a thread about Roman concrete. There was debate, information, sources, and it was so productive I almost felt like I knew something about Roman concrete.
>>
>>7962104
>good threads
That's the problem, there aren't good threads.
Every fucking week you find the same trash:

>Global Warming thread
>Race thread
>genre thread
>bear posting and gorilla posting
>circlejerk about degrees and universities
>tips fedora thread
>homework thread
>humanities hatred thread
>other types of baits and trolling

This place is basically /b/ for autistic stemfags.
