It's not a true Klein bottle. I'd define inside as everything past the red ring I drew.
I get that with a Moebius strip you cannot define a line where there is an obvious distinction between 2 sides and as such it only has one. But saying a Klein Bottle such as that has no inside would be the same as saying that a normal (open) bottle has no inside.
