My rabbit is dying. I want a skeleton. How long will it take for her to decompose if I burry her? Any tips for a way to burry her once she's died to speed up decomposition?

I think there are some beetles that eat only the soft tissue while it's decomposing, leaving only bones. My human phys teacher would keep road kill in large fish tanks with them until all that was left was bones so she could show the class. There are also certain bacteria strains that do this. Google this shit
wait why dont you just eat it
that is literally the finest way to honor your fluffy tailed friend

Holy fuck that bunny is adorable.
That was when she was 'healthy' (obese) and England had some freak weather where it snowed for an afternoon!
She randomly stopped eating but she is old and nhs doesn't cover vets

I don't think I could eat my bunny if I had one

Viking burial, can be done in a bath tub.
Best just to boil the flesh away. Cleaner, more precise. Sorry if boiling your bunny sounds harsh. I love bunnies.

I don't think old-ass bunny is gonna taste good. You could make soup maybe.
But OP could still just skin and clean it ofc.

Call up your local university and see if they have a Zoology department and ask them if you can use their "Dermestid Beetles".
