The difference between an infinite universe and a finite one is categorical and incredibly significant philosophically. "Really really big" doesn't mean jack shit. The implications of an infinite universe are not present in a "really really big" one, so the question is meaningful.

Not necessarily. That would only be true if the probabilities of those things occurring in some arbitrary finite amount of space are greater than zero. But it's perfectly possible that the probability of you existing in a finite space is "0", and that this only happened once or a finite number of times in the infinite universe.
