Is there anything we can exclude for sure?

Science can't prove the existence of parallel universes, also it can exlcude them.
Science can't prove the existence of God, also it can exclude his existence.
Science can't prove the origin of the universe bla bla bla.
Is there anything that we can exclude for sure? I'm talking about the biggest questions of life.

absence of proof = proof of absence

We can exclude "there's something we can exclude"

Science can't prove anything. That's the field of mathematics and mathematics alone.

We can only exclude things that we've disproved. Science is a linear process and we can't exclude anything in "front" of that process.

(sort of, ignoring the problems Russel brought up)

Yes, lots of things are demonstrably false.

Primitive models of the atom, for example can be experimentally disproven.

Why people think Science should prove God's existence or not? This is stupid. No one should prove if God exist or not. I don't remember people proving Zeus or Odin doesn't exist, and yet, we have way less believer of them now than centuries ago. So why prove if God exist or not?

Well it's potentially the most important single question there is, when you look at just how much of the world the answer would affect.

(that said, I don't think science can really be applied to that question)

Sun goes down, sun comes up. Science can't explain that.

Biggest disappointment of my life finding out that atoms don't look like this.
