Russia is for sure gunning for the moon (probably pseudo-military) with their new launch facility and rumors of a super heavy booster in development, idk if they're really looking at mars at the moment

I didn't add them because none of them have ever outlined any Mars plan of any sort. ULA was added as an anti-SpaceX joke. The only people talking or have ever talked about going to Mars are Russia, NASA and SpaceX
