Why do Asians have small eyes compared to the rest of the world? What's the evolutionary reason behind no shift in their phenotype?

Size is the same except they have a fold of additional fat tissue in the corner of the eye to help in extreme cold conditions.
Whites (the blond, northern types) also have this vestigial feature because the common ancestor to both Whites and Asians evolved in Central Asia and Siberia.

Right, that's why the Inuits of northern North American, the whatever people that live on Greenland, the indigenous Russian/Finnish/Icelantic peoples etc have "slanty" eyes as well. Inuits look asian as fuck
