What programs do you guys use to draw simple diagrams like pic

What programs do you guys use to draw simple diagrams like pic related? I don't need something too complex, but it has to be able to label things like angles. TikZ doesn't seem to perform as well unless you spend over 50 hours learning it.

I used to make free body diagrams for physics 1 lab using draftsight.

Xfig, tgif, Krita, Dia and more work well. There is a review of diagram software in LWN.

Visio is also good (Windows software)
