Curious behind the logistics of donating plasma. Does it harm your body at all donating for awhile? (Twice/week?)

New plasma is made inside of your bones. Probably not that bad as long as you don't over do it.
If you feel weak, or might be getting sick, maybe hold off for a while.
As far as I know there's no reason not to do it, there is immense benefit to sick people who need plasma.
