Fermat's last theorem - Proof in one page

Hello /sci/,
I think I have found a direct proof of fermat's last theorem. It is only one page long but took me 3 days of thinking. After looking at it in retrospect, the solution seems very trivial - but I guess it's always so with NP-complete problems: Verifying is trivial.
There are two possibilities now: Either I am a complete retard or I was very lucky. In any case I have a couple questions for the case that I was lucky:
Is there a possibility to use it as a PhD thesis?
- If the theorem wasn't already proven then I know the answer would be yes. But it's only a much more simple proof.. so I don't know.
Could I publish it first and acquire the PhD afterwards (hand it in as a PhD thesis afterwards)?
What would be the best way to ensure that all credits are given to me? How can I have it validated by other people while simultaneously ensuring that I am acknowledged as the author?
Thank you very much
