I don't expect the media to be science or tech savvy but unless they're reporting figures wrong just what the fuck is up with Bombardier?
12,427 miles in 22 minutes is
33,892 miles an hour. That's almost twice orbital velocity. That's the speed of deep space probes. They'd miss Dubai on their way to Pluto. Do they expect to use the Earth's atmosphere to push the plane back towards the ground like a centrifuge? What would they even make it out of?
