I didn't understand the secretary problem. So The best canditate is always who the fuck gets luck to be interviewed while I'm 37% throught my way or it says that I have only 37% of chance to find the best candidate of a set if I can't call them back after saying a no?

If you play optimally, meaning you reject the first 37% of the applicants and then choose the first applicant better than the candidates you rejected.
