Bloody ear?

Help me figure this out
I have this red stuff, it looks like ketchup coming out of my ear. I tasted it and it tastes very irony.
What could it be? And what causes this?

You sure it's irony and not coppery?
But does blood REALLY taste like iron?
A good chemist doesn't taste his solutions. You should've taken a sample of a slide and examined it under a microscope. Then once you've gotten a visual comfirmation, dropped some luminol on the slide and put it under a black light.
Lemme look up what causes this...
Most common cause is eardrum damage. Which can makes you deaf. Doctor time.

Funny, couple days ago I had a bloody ear. Put a qtip in deep and a giant chunk of scab came out, woke up the next day with a blood stain on my pillow.
Probably to much cleaning
It is super painful to touch raw skin in your ear. Probably because the muscles tense up close to the drum, stimulating the nerve endings
