Weed is a net shitty, but otherwise harmless drug. Its actual pharmacological properties and long term effects, I don't really care enough to talk about or postulate much. I can see weed trashing critical thinking and theory of mind over time, for some people. I also think if weed triggers or worsens your crazy, you were probably going to go a bit crazy anyway.
Not too complicated. People will make their choices either way. Something that remains is to compare white matter tracts between smoking and non-smoking populations. Most marijuana anything is "popsci" or political garbage.
