Any promising developments in tissue engineering? When can I expect to replace my organs? Also why isn't this the biggest thing right now? Stellerators are cool and all but pointless when you're dead.

FYI, human cloning is possible today. There a lab in China who partners with South Korea top tech university which clones animals and I forgot what else but they can clone humans. The won't because people would burn down the lab.
