Let me help you in the right direction. Buy a triangle interferometer calibrate with mach's principle. Measure a femto second of a planck scale sized object (for instance an electron) and compare within an increasing lorrentz field. BOOM you just curved space time by a tiny tiny bit and you have your warp drive. Making it into a practical mean of transportation is of course impossible but warping of spacetime can be done.
