Hello Jaquan.
>>
How the fuck is this /sci/ feels, /sci/ is not a board about undergraduate college grades
>>
> A going into the final for physical electronics and probability + statistics
> within top 10 in both classes
> physical electronics final at 730 am, somebodies car stalled out on the way in so running late for exam
> in a frenzy trying to make it to exam on time, forget my book in the car. Final exam is open book, with majority of the problems requiring constants and table lookups from the book.
> tank the exam, probability exam is immediately afterwards
> still in full blown panic mode from the previous exam, tank the probability and statistics exam

Jesus fucking Christ no one cares. In the real world you'll being working outside of research. Most likely in an office setting doing shit that does not related to your major.

Have you even been on /sci/? /sci/ is 100 percent about undergraduate college affairs.
>>
>>7722635
>100% about undergrad affairs

You fucking wish. It's 75% pop sci questions from people who come here looking for answers, 15% ms paint charts listing which majors are god tier and which majors are shit, and 10% actual discussion if that.

Who /couldhavedonebetter/ here?

>Had a tough Calc II final
>Several questions couldn't get a definitive answer so just guessed
>walk out and seconds later have a full understanding of why I messed up (forgot to square a number, ith root of any number >=1 must always be above 1 so series diverges, fucking added instead of multiply)

Sleep well and don't drink too much water going into tests. Probably going to end up with a 70 and get a B.

>have to get a B on the final tomorrow
The good news is that I'm reviewing and it's safe to say I know most of the material.
Going to finish the chapter on gradients and maximums before going to bed.

Rip 3.6 gpa...

Suggest me sources to succeed in Calc 1, taking it next term. Other than Paul's notes.

Gen chem is such a draining fucking course, for what it is.
Same with all of the foreign language courses.

Just need to make a 95 on the final. Made a 91.
Pretty good considering the class average was a 64, but not good enough.

Hold me senpai.

There's a strong argument for not wanting to get a C.
A B though? A B's not bad. Someone can say "I got a B in Calc II or III" and I would believe that they learned something in that class.

Should I just transfer to a community college and get an associates as an xray tech?

There's actually good money in that...

Fuck, it's looking like B's across the board this semester for me. I took too much shit and there was no fucking way for me to compartmentalize my classes like I've done up to this point.
>>
>>7723650
But it was ODEs and I'm a physics double major meaning those have been my life in pretty much all my classes. I'm too stupid to be a double major what was I thinking
>>
>>7723689
The way to double major is pick something closely related to your major and take the extra classes in the summer terms.
>>
>>7723660
>tfw university uses percentages and not GPA
>4.0 equivalent is literally 100% average here

I got into a PhD program and I don't think I got above a B on any 100 level classes.

I got my shit together in the endgame and almost exclusively B+, A- and A's on my upper division courses
>>
>>7723619
what school do you go to? I feel like I go to the same one...
