Physics question

If something is extremely large, like galaxy sized, would it's speed naturally increase with its size relative to normal moment such as walking or throwing a punch? Or would it take a million years to do anything?

Not sure I'm just guessing but I'd say yes, to a degree
Say there's something that's big enough that it's natural speed reaches 99% the speed of light
If it's any bigger it will not get any faster no matter how big it gets

in general big things tend to move slower than small things.

Also relativity. The galaxy throwing robot from gurren lagann is all kinds of not possible

nooo, you've destroyed my dreams
do they mean nothing to you, anon?

You just don't have enough fighting spirit.

Who the hell does physics think we are?

This is why a child waking at the same velocity of their parent takes many more steps to achieve it.

What the fuck are you asking?

But Pikachu isnt the smallest pokemon, so you're wrong.

A push or pull will move at the speed of sound of that material. If you had a steel rod 2ly on length the push will still only move at the speed of sound in steel (5000m/s ish) It is just a shockwaves that moves the molecules in front of it
