How do calculators actually store pi though? Is it a decimal stored to several digits or is it stored as an approximate ratio?
>>
It's really just the first 5 digits and then a random number generator adds a few more each time.
>>
>>7718626
Most libraries containing pi just use a floating point with as much digits as the processor can handle.
