So, I'm freaking out a bit.
I was given a slice of frozen banana, that was apparently dipped in liquid nitrogen. I put it in my mouth, and it stuck to my tongue and lip. Now I can't feel the tip of my tongue. How fucked am I?

Do you know how long the time was between it being frozen and you putting it in your mouth?

I do not. I assume not super long between. It doesn't feel like it's gonna fall off, it just feels like I burned my tongue really fucking bad. It feels a little better now than it did directly after.
It was long enough that I held it in the palm of my hand and it didn't kill me, and it irritates the tip of my finger a bit, but it's fine now. My tongue feels burned, and my lip is partially swollen. Wish I had a time.

Also, I'm no expert, so I don't actually now how cold liquid nitrogen is, so I don't know what I exposed myself to. Rather be safe than sorry.

imo, i have no experience with you situation, but i was take natural precautions. like don't eat things with a density of sandpaper, just take it easy on eating and it should recover easier.
