If it was just the fruit in front of me, I'd guess it was a loquat, but based on the plant it looks more like a variety of pear. I don't know anything about mangoes but that is a possibility also.
Looks like a Jackfruit or some Durain Variant, wouldn't eat it mate... Your shout though
