I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around the idea of time being an illusion. Like, I think I get the basic concept of it, but I don't understand as much of it as i'd like.
Can anyone like, put it in simple terms for me? I have an exam coming up.
Probably the most simple thing i can think of is on an atomic level. Its just a bunch of shit floating around and combining. If molecules in suddenly did the exact opposite and bonded/unbonded "perpendicularly" I guess you could say, would time be reversed? Time does not really exist when you look at it abioticly.

Time dilation is a real thing we can measure but it has nothing to do with any of that.
