Read the chapters. Take notes on the chapters. Do the homework questions. Turn in homework. Take notes in class. Really listen to the professor. Set notes next to you at home. Read the chapters...

Yes, this means working 16 hours straight sometimes. Get used to it.

Always be answering questions on the subject.
If you don't know the answer then look it up. Now you know the answer. It's the best way to learn because you know straight away if you know something or not.
I had a lot of trouble with reading over something and thinking i knew it; only to doscover i couldn't answer questions on it.

Consistency. You could study 10 hours a week, but if you cram those ten hours the day before a test, you're brain will not be able to "hold" all that information. One hour and a half everyday for each subject is better.
