Cold Slows Particulars yet Do are SOULS slow with Cold? Colder Climate People have higher IQ's , Could this be because Time is an Illusion and not a Constant? And yet are SOUL is the True constant. Cold is known to Slow Down and Freeze things just as if time stopped for the particles cooled down, which would allow the SOUL to speed up just like a CPU when cooled.
