But if its reinforced with Rebar, then it should hold a fair bit.

For what ive seen it seems just concrete (i mean without reinforcement) i know it's impossible to answer this question exhaustively but even a estimate would be helpufl.

Not much as concrete is horrible for tension loads which your ceiling will have. You'll want rebar in it.

Regardless, if it is an existing installation, it is probably built to a code. If you are doing it, build to a code and use their load limits in tables.
