Statistics are shaky, but if you are going to listen to music while studying, those have been proven to produce better results than other genres.

I have a collection of music for studying, it includes mostly ambient and some classical, I wonder if I should remove the classical (it's very slow paced pieces that aren't distracting so it might be fine).

Training (strength or running) is one the best things to do for your head.

Royal jelly is something that is packed with good stuff. I started eating it a while ago and I feel a lot more energetic while studying and remember more.
