Just a few tidbits about myself... Huge contemporary jazz fan (Paul Hardcastle soothes my soul). Love taking the wife and kids to our cottage up north in the summer. Last year I caught a 25" largemouth bass! I find the physique of pre-teen boys to be absolutely mesmerizing. I also abstain from alcohol, but definitely cannot say no to fresh glass of lemonade! (LOL)

Recently I learned about the better way to run. I have been running with minimalist shoes (cheap water shoes) and barefoot, which requires you to strike the ground with the balls of your feet, and it is much easier and better than the traditional heel strike. I like to shoot some basketball hoops every other day and drink designer water when I can. I like edm and Diplo is my favorite dj. I also vape.
