Well, I don't personally know, but I have a friend who has been technically dead multiple times, and their description of death was actually kind of similar to what you described in the OP. It was different in some ways though, and he never really fully died so I think that's why he had some kind of experience he could think of as real. I don't think death is forever anyway, but we can talk about that in future posts.
