For years, we have used "fig" as a euphemism for the r00d term "f*g."
This has usually worked, and has also been applied to allomorphs such as "namefig," "oldfig," and "samefig."
However, when "f*g" is extended to its full form of "f*ggot," using "figgit" as a euphemism has proved to be less than successful.
As such, I have proposed a new way of presenting this r00d word in an acceptable manner, based on the following research:
>People used to say "do it f*ggot" over the internet
>Through language evolution, this is now almost always shortened to "do it fgt"
>"fgt" is the same as "sgt" but with the "s" replaced with "f"
>"sgt" is short for "sergeant"
>"fgt" is actually short for "fergeant"
So, instead of the awkward sounding "do it figgit" or the r00d "do it f*ggot," we can now say the objectively superior "do it fergeant," and we may also use "fergeant" in other contexts, such as calling somebody an "ancient fergeant" as a sophisticated form of "oldfig."
I want you to help move [s4s] into the future by using this term instead of its alternatives. Do it, fergeants!
