dark meat is considered better and tastier in literally every culture American/British/Australian culture. In places like Asia and Russia, white meat is considered flavorless, dry, shit-tier meat (which it is).

I feel white meat may have better base flavor but dark meat caramelizes and sears better cause the fat and that flavor is better but it really depends on what you are going for anyway I don't know why you are posting about food here
