Consider the following: Not long ago we discovered a scandal involving a small percentage of Catholic priests sexually abusing children. Even though it was only a small minority, everyone understood there was a problem with the church and demanded accountability. There was a huge movement across the Catholic church demanding change in every fucking level of the Catholic clergy. There were protests outside of churches and cathedrals, calls for bishops to resign, some priests and bishops had criminal charges raised. In fact it's widely believed that Pope Benedict was forced to resign for his mishandling of the scandal. All because Catholics refused to tolerate that shit from their own church, even if it was just a small minority committing the abuse.

Now what happens in Islam when there's a pattern of violent terrorism and extremism originating from the religion? Nothing. No calls for change. No protests outside of mosques. No demands for Islamic clergy to resign, no matter how much they preach hate and encourage terrorism. If muslims really fucking cared about how they're perceived, if they truly believed Islam was a religion of peace THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. But they don't. So that's why I have zero respect for any of them. Every fucking muslim is responsible for what happened in Paris. Because every fucking one of them condones and tolerates a culture of violence and extremism on every level of their church.

So fuck them. Don't give them any sympathy, they deserve none.
