uh. i think ppl who do that are trying to get fit. weights should appeal to me bcuz cardio doesn't but i'm also weak as hell. idk i'm happy with my disgusting squishy skinny fat physique bcuz the ppl i'd normally get with don't seem to mind that anyway.
