Tomorrow i leave my town for Paris. And wednesday i flew to Italy for my Erasmus there.
I already lived alone for two years, but this time it's really different.
Also have to found my next school, and it will be hard to be accepted.

i'm doing alright, literally did nothing worthwhile for a whole week because i was on easter break but i'm getting back into it now. feels actually really bad to be unable to do anything good with your time just for the lack of planning.

they're still pretty far, i haven't had any exams for this semester yet.
it's a pretty cramped schedule because we have so many holidays in this semester, and math class for example is only once every two weeks now. i imagine that'll be pretty difficult, but i did well last semester so i'm remaining hopeful.

Well, first French say it's bad because Parisians are kinda shitty people, but w/e.
A lot of tourists say how it's bad and there is a lot of shitkskins, and how everyone want to steal you.
The problem is these people are often fucking dumb. I mean nothing bad will happen if you don't show off your wealth, for exemple don't put your wallet in your jean's backpocket. Too easy to steal.
A ridiculous thing is how people will play that game with three cards and you have to found the right one, they don't realize the person is winning is like the brother or the dealer, and will lose money in that.

You're correct, but even the presence of so many thieves is a reason that Paris is considered shitty.
I've travelled around Europe quite a lot, and Paris is easily the worst place I have been. I don't intend to ever go back again. It's dirty and scummy and unwelcoming. Similar to London, it's great for rich people but sucks for everyone else.

The guy who stays in shit hotels here. I agree at least make it there once. People have very different experiences when they travel and Paris is a place to for sure check out. While maybe certain things aren't ideal, being able to visit some of the destinations there and see the amazing art is worth the trip in itself.
Also if you are from Europe, you can literally hop on a train and be there in a few hours from lots of spots.
