I'm not certain, but was wondering the same thing.
When I reverse image searched initially, I found that there were two versions with slight tweaks. I didn't bother to try very hard figuring which, if either, was the original, and just picked the one I liked better.
It seemed like someone probably editing out some text in the middle, and made minor adjustments to their features and proportions.

Never mind. I'm more or less certain this text version containing version is as close to the original as exists.
Someone must have used a resampler that makes a lot of guesses, does so poorly, and was maybe told to do it at a non-uniform scaling factor... then back again? The details are clearly changed manually, but I'm just not sure why.
