No idea who she is, she doesn't appeal to me much, kind of homely. All I know is that looks just like that park in Florida and the video is old as shit because they got rid of those plastic benches years ago and put a bigger playground in.

I checked, it does look like the park, but I don't know about the beach. It could be any beach, which makes it hard to pinpoint
