just letting you know I also have bouts of anxiety and panic. Sometimes I curl up and rock back and forth. Other times I cry and scream. Other times I want to cut my neck with a knife and have rubbed them on my neck before visualizing it and it calms me down

It happens when I imagine all the things that worry me in life. If only in spirit I want you to know everything is going to be okay. Just keep trucking. It's going to be fine. I mean those worries of your haven't manifested yet have they? then there's no reason to worry at all is there? Just try to enjoy your life
