I've been using my stationary bike, and my brothers weight set for the past month now. feels good desu
Hurt my rotator cuff so I havent been doing much. Ive been swimming often lately. feels really good.

I look okay, body wise. Facially still unappealing however, and my autism trumps every other factor anyway.

Walk my dogs everyday. I lift every 2-4 days (not serious training, but getting pretty strong over time). But I'm still not in shape. I'd need to run to be healthy... and I HATE that SO MUCH. I'd need to sleep well too.

Oh man we had an old stationary bike in our basement but my faggot father threw it out to make room for another shelf of shoes of faggot shoes.
But now that the ground and streets aren't covered in ice and snow I do my biking outside, and plus the basement was dirty as shit and probably totally unhealthy.
Other than that, I have a couple of kettlebells that are like an everything-exercise. They're 16kg and I'm weak enough so that they count as heavy lifting, they of course make great cardio as well.
I also bought god damn 200$ battle ropes for some reason which I have probably used like three times because I can obviously only use them outside and it's a fucking hassle to bring them outside and bring them back in and clean them, etc.
So basically 30+ minutes of biking, and about 15 minutes of various kettlebell exercise throughout the day.
I'm still skinnyfat as well, but getting stronger and leaner.

I do freestyle and folkstyle wrestling and I have to be constantly working out

Lift 4-5 days a week. Cardio 1-2... Really trying to get the cardio up to 3-4 days a week of running / jogging. I look ok but a lil chubby I've been lifting for like 4 years and eating healthy. Recently been eating a lil too much and put on like 10 lbs.

about 2 hours of biking trails and an hour of lifting 4 days a week. about 12 hours a week. Feels pretty good, looking sorta lean.
my daily commute home from work involves about a mile of walking. my job is also physical.
before i got transferred my commute included sprinting, depending on how fast i could clock out.
life with a car is completely different than life without one.
in a car, you never ever have to interact with society.
