No. Going to the gym is good advice in general but shaving your head isn't when there is medical treatment available that can stop or slow the process. There are very few people that look better bald than with hair and given that balding is a vague term that can range from a little temple recession to full on horseshoe it's stupid to suggest everyone shave their heads.
