I don't like it one bit and I think it has a major negative effect on western societies.
At this point I'm not sure anything can be done to combat it in the west. Maybe Muslims and Asians can put a stop to it but I doubt it. Asians will eventually succumb to it as well and Muslims are too stupid.

OP is posting and setting up a response bias, due to wording of question. But I'll answer anyway:
Feminism is negative. At it's very heart, the word fem is female based, this entire movement is plastered around women. It is moving to enable and empower only women, rather than equalize things. It is no different from being a MGTOW, save for that we point and laugh at MGTOW.
The results will be a Matriarchal Society, which judging from Africa, we all know how that shit works out. Outside of the mythical 'Amazons', we have never seen a long term successful society ran by women. So, whichever country that falls for it will also fall, and be destroyed. That is the simple nature of the beast. If you allow yourself to weaken, your ass is getting kicked. Women are not meant to lead, nor should they. They have other talents and areas of expertise, but as far as leadership goes, that's a no. There's a reason why, world-wide, men lead. It works. You don't fuck with what works, unless you want it to collapse.
If women leading was going to work, we'd see societies doing this. In fact, if it worked better then men, we'd see it happen in Capitalist societies. Instead, it is men who are the leaders, until recently, the breadwinners. I don't see why this is such a big deal to accept, but people moan on about it all the same.
