i do half serving in the morning, half serving at night

that's 1200 extra calories a day on top of what you normally eat, if you use two cups of milk for each shake you're up to almost 1600 extra calories a day

i could be wrong i guess, but i think it also depends on your routine

if you do compound lifts with a low # of reps you arent gonna burn that many calories

you can also keep doing cardio without really tiring out your body so it allows you to burn more calories over time

but exercise overall only burns a couple hundred calories at a time at most, diet is most important
