I think the idea is appealing to some degree.
Getting some guy friends, pooling our cash together and living a life that is either secluded or just generally ignores society.
Have all the same hobbies/interests and just hang out and have very few responsibilities etc.

Actually MGTOW aims to bring awareness to men who otherwise have no idea how shitty women are.
I myself nearly got married until I stumbled upon MGTOW.
It let me to ask certain questions of my fiance.
